The Workplace has Changed. We’ve Changed with It. A New Hybrid Downtown Parking Program for Employers

You’re a downtown employer with lots of employees who work varying schedules: from part-time to a hybrid mix of some days in-office and others at home. You need maximum flexibility for a workforce like this, and ParkBOI has created a new Hybrid Parking Program with you in mind.

 Here’s How It Works

 You’ll pay a monthly general parking fee per space for the block of spaces you expect to need at one time – and an hourly rate for employees using the garage above and beyond your allotted spaces.

 For instance, if you have 20 spaces allotted each month and have 30 employees who have parking passes, on any given day 20 of your employees can use those spaces and the 21st employee (and above) is still allowed to park by “flexing up” to park at hourly rates. When the number of employees using the garage returns to 20, then hourly rates stop.

 Save by Flexing

 So instead of paying for 30 monthly parking passes, you pay for 20 – and your savings flex to the number of variable hourly parking passes that are used above that.

 More Details

 This program is available at the 9th & Front and the 10th & Front ParkBOI public parking garages. Each enrolled employee receives a key card with automatic gate access 24/7 until simultaneous entries have reached your maximum allotment. Employees above the maximum can still enter; you’ll just be charged on an hourly basis while the number of cars parked exceeds your allotted number of spaces.  During a special introductory period, there’s no activation fee. Payment for this product is made by automatic withdraw from a credit or debit card.
